Receive shipping information from customers:
– Staff go to the customer’s goods collection point to check.
– Check the packaging method and advise on product packaging.
– Determine full information of the goods: weight, size, delivery address, required shipping time.
Quote:
– Based on the information provided by the customer to check the price
– Then give a suitable price for transportation,
– Make a transportation contract to commit to the date of receipt and delivery.
Arrange a vehicle to pick up the goods:
– Arrange a truck/container to pick up the goods at the address provided by the customer
– Sign the goods delivery receipt at the receiving location.
Door-to-door delivery:
– Unload the goods from the truck/container for the customer.
– Sign the goods delivery receipt.
Bring back the goods delivery receipt with full signature of the recipient:
– End the contract and pay the road freight for the goods.
